| The IRS filing deadline for Organizations with a Fiscal Year end date of 11/30/2023 is Midnight Eastern Time on Monday, April 15, 2024. Due to the large volume of returns we are receiving, we will accept returns for processing until 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Monday, April 15, 2024. Returns that are received after 5:00 pm will be processed if we have time. |
| In order for a return to be considered "Ready To Go" by 5:00 pm, the following conditions must be met: |
1. The return must be verified and marked as complete in the 990 Online system |
2. We must have received payment of the 990 Online Usage Fee. (If applicable) |
3. The Authentication Process must be complete. (Not applicable to Form 8868 filers) |
4. We must have received, and uploaded, the Form 8453-EO / 8453-TE Signature Form (Not applicable to Form 8868 filers) |
| If all four of these things are done by 5:00 PM (eastern time), we will be able to transmit the return to the IRS by Midnight. If these things are not done by 5:00 PM, we will try our best to get the return to the IRS on time, but we will not make any promises. |
