FAQ Tech Request	You can get Technical support for the Form 990 e-filing system using any one of the following methods: NEW: You can also get additional information from our 990 Online Resources page. 1. You can check our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). There is a good chance that someone else has had the same question or problem you have. If so, the answer will probably be in our FAQ. Just click on the link to the left. 2. You can enter a Technical Support Request (TSR). This option allows you to fill out a form with information about your problem or question. Once you click the Submit button, the information is sent to our Technical Support department. Click the link on the left to initiate a TSR. 3. You can email us at Tech Support 4. To allow us to provide a faster response to all filers, we would appreciate you contacting us by email or by using the website form in item 2 above. Note: We cannot provide advice as to how to fill out your forms, but, if you run into a problem with the system, we would be glad to help. If you are not sure about how to fill out the Form 999 or Form 990-EZ, we recommend that you contact a CPA who is familiar with the Form 990.
