The PDFs on my status page don't contain my organization's information.


Recently released versions of Firefox (version 19 and later) have some problems viewing fill-in PDF files. If you are using Firefox and you cannot see the filled in form data on our PDF forms, or if the check boxes appear as the number four (4), please select the option to save the PDF file to your hard drive and then print the PDF using Acrobat once you have saved it to your disk. You will be able to see the data in the PDF form properly if you do this. Hopefully Firefox will fix this problem at some point.
