The system says my Login ID has not been activated yet. How do I activate it?

When you requested your Login ID, the system sent an activation email to the email address you entered into your Login ID record. The email contains a link. You must click the link and follow the instructions to activate your Login ID.

If you did not get the Activation email, please check the following:

1) Check to see if the email is caught in your Spam filter.
2) Make sure you entered the correct email address when you requested your Login ID.

If the email is not in your spam filter and you know you entered the correct email address into your Login ID request, please contact tech support. We can tell the system to send you another Activation Email.
