Is the update for the 2008 Form 990 Complete?


We launched the 2008 Form 990 system on Monday, August 3rd, 2009

We have completed the basic system for the 2008 Form 990/990-EZ. There are, however, some features we have not yet completed. We are working on these items and hope to add them into the system over the next few weeks and months. We will update this page as the features are added. Here is the list of features we are currently working on:
  • Upload a PDF file of conformed changes to Organizing Documents. Right now you cannot e-file using our system if you need to include changed documents
The following features have been completed:
  • 8/5/2009: The interface between the 2008 Form 990/990-EZ and the State Registration System is now working.
  • 9/15/2009: Form 990: Ability for non 501(c)(3) and (4) organizations to skip columns B-D in Part IX (Expenses).
  • 9/15/2009: Form 990-EZ: Ability to default to the organization's address when entering officers into Part IV
  • 11/6/2009: Upload/Import schedule and attachment information from an Excel spreadsheet
  • 11/11/2009: Ability to re-order records in various schedules and attachments.
  • 3/18/2009: Form 990, Schedule H: Support for Parts I, II, III, IV, and VI were added for 2009 Form 990.
  • 3/18/2009: Form 990, Schedule K: Support for Parts II, III, and IV were added for the 2009 Form 990.
