You may now create and electronically file your TY 2025 Form 990, Form 990-EZ and/or Form 8868 with the IRS. Signature Forms are reviewed and attached to 990/990-EZ returns Monday through Friday during business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm eastern time). Please send your 8453-TE (8453-EO for TY 2020 and earlier) signature form only once. If it has not been attached within 24-hours (M-F only) then please send it again. Send your signed 8453 Signature Form by email to [email protected] or by fax to 866-699-3916. If you send it by email, please include your EIN in the subject or body of the email.
